The NwD Sonic Speed Watch features a combination of low-def dot-matrix and 16-bit graphics. Each minute Sonic will put on a little show. He runs around for 12 seconds collecting rings and then starts to pick up speed. At 53 seconds, the classic loop will appear for Sonic to run through and blast around the face until the minute is up when he skids to a halt and the clock resets. OTHER NEAT THINGS: Actual video game sprites used. The rings "sparkle" after Sonic grabs each one. The NwD logo makes a cameo in the spinning sign. All graphics (except sprites) were home-grown. Sonic, the rings, loop and background have a gyro effect that looks best when strength is set to 100, set your frame rate to 50fps. 12h Time, Date
