Some Moto 360s can't seem handle the original timing of the flashing hour indicator, making it flash inconsistently (or not at all). This version slows down the hour indicator flash rate, making it more consistent. This also forces an extension of the "activation" sequence, which now happens once every 6 seconds. You should try the version with the original timings first, and only use this one if you encounter issues.
