day and night

not my usual style but pandered to a request from my wife for a face that changes during the day which intrigued me. day and night modes controled by local sunrise and sunset times defered by half an hour. if you download in the day you will need to wait untill sunset to see the twinkling stars. i left it open so you can make changes or lift the script. pictures off the net so please dont use for anything official. 24h Time, Weather
